1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the ETB Global website, accounts, forms, content and online services. ETB Global is operated by Aman Travels Delhi Private Limited (“ETB Global”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By using the website, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you make a booking, the Booking & Participation Terms and Cancellation, Refund & Payment Policy also apply.

If you use the website for a child, institution, group or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for them.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create an account or make a booking. A person under 18 may use booking features only with the involvement and permission of a parent, lawful guardian or authorised institution.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, protect your login credentials, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable care.

We may suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law or enforce these terms.

3. Permitted use

You may use the website for personal, educational or legitimate institutional purposes. You must not:

  • violate any law or the rights of another person;
  • submit false, misleading, fraudulent or unauthorised information;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority;
  • interfere with security, availability or operation of the website;
  • introduce malware, scrape at scale, probe vulnerabilities or attempt unauthorised access;
  • use automated systems in a way that imposes an unreasonable load;
  • copy, modify, sell or exploit website content except as permitted by law; or
  • use the website to send unlawful, harmful, discriminatory or abusive content.

4. Information on the website

We aim to keep website information accurate and current, but itineraries, prices, availability, inclusions, photographs and programme descriptions may change. Images may be illustrative. Final booking details appear in the applicable proposal, event page, confirmation or written communication.

Obvious typographical, technical or pricing errors do not create a right to purchase at the incorrect price. If an error affects a booking, we will contact you with reasonable options, which may include reconfirmation or a refund of the affected amount.

The website may link to or rely on third-party services, including payment gateways, maps, social networks and travel providers. We do not control their websites or independent practices. Their terms and privacy notices may apply, and a link does not by itself amount to an endorsement.

6. Intellectual property

The website and its text, branding, graphics, layouts, photographs, software and other content are owned by or licensed to ETB Global and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use the website for its intended purpose. No ownership rights are transferred. You may not use the ETB Global name, logo or content commercially without prior written permission.

7. User submissions

If you submit feedback, reviews, photographs or other content, you confirm that you have the right and permission to do so and that the content is not unlawful or infringing.

You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free licence to host, reproduce and use the submission only to operate, improve or promote our services in the manner explained when it is collected. Additional consent will be obtained for a child’s promotional image where required.

8. Availability and changes

We may maintain, improve, change or discontinue website features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, but we will use reasonable efforts to maintain the service and address known issues.

9. Disclaimers

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not make implied warranties about uninterrupted availability or fitness for a purpose beyond commitments expressly given in a confirmed booking.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, guarantees or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under applicable consumer law.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ETB Global is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising only from website use, or for events outside our reasonable control.

This limitation does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, breach of non-excludable consumer rights, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Booking-related liability is also governed by the Booking & Participation Terms.

11. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for reasonable loss or cost directly caused by your unlawful use of the website, material breach of these terms, or infringement of another person’s rights. This does not require you to indemnify us for our own negligence or unlawful conduct.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction over the registered office of Aman Travels Delhi Private Limited will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer forum or other jurisdiction available under applicable law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our services or the law changes. The revised terms apply from the date posted. Material changes will not retrospectively reduce rights under an already confirmed booking unless required by law or agreed with you.
