ETB Global is operated by Aman Travels Delhi Private Limited (“ETB Global”, “we”, “us” or “our”). This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain and protect personal data when you visit our website, create an account, make or manage a booking, contact us, or participate in an educational journey, event or related service.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

Identity and contact data: name, date of birth, age, gender, postal address, email address, phone number, profile details and account credentials.
Booking and participation data: institution, class or programme, booking details, travel preferences, rooming information, dietary needs, accessibility requirements, emergency contacts and parent or guardian details.
Identity and travel documents: photographs, government-issued identification, passport details, visa information and documents required by transport, accommodation, immigration or other service providers.
Health and safety data: allergies, medication, medical conditions, mobility needs and other information reasonably required to support safe participation.
Payment and transaction data: payment status, billing details, transaction identifiers, refunds and limited payment information provided by our payment partners. We do not intend to store full card credentials.
Communications: enquiries, feedback, consent forms, complaints, call or message records and correspondence with us.
Technical and usage data: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring links, timestamps, cookies and similar technologies.
Media: photographs, audio or video from a programme where appropriate notice and consent have been obtained.

Please provide only accurate information that is necessary for the relevant service. If you give us personal data about another person, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and have informed them about this policy.

directly from you, a parent or guardian, or an authorised representative;
from a school, institution, employer or group organiser arranging a programme;
through our website, forms, email, telephone and customer support;
from payment processors, travel partners and other suppliers involved in a booking;
automatically through cookies, logs and similar technologies; and
where permitted, from public sources or regulatory and government authorities.

4. Why we use personal data

We use personal data only for lawful purposes, including to:

create and administer accounts and bookings;
verify identity, eligibility, parental authority and required permissions;
plan and deliver itineraries, transport, accommodation, meals and activities;
protect the health, safety and welfare of participants;
process payments, refunds and transaction enquiries;
communicate confirmations, changes, reminders and emergency information;
respond to enquiries, grievances and legal rights requests;
prevent fraud, misuse, security incidents and unlawful activity;

Our services are designed for educational travel and may involve children. Under this policy, a child means a person under 18 years of age, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Some suppliers act independently and their own privacy notices may apply. We do not sell personal data.
